OUR PROCESS
Step
Either we contact you or you contact us regarding purchasing your minerals.Once we have discussed the properties you are interested in receiving and offer for, we run title research on your property, followed by a technical evaluation of your mineral rights or royalties to determine the topmarket valuefor your property.
Step
We will sit down with you and your family and personally explain what we determined through our title research,as well as the market valuation of your property, and answer any questions you may have. If you accept our offer, you will sign a Purchase and Sale Agreement (PSA) and the Due Diligence P9eriod begins.
Step
Th PSA allocates a due diligence period to allow us to gather all legal documentation, including a legal title opinion which is required to protect all parties involved in the transaction.
Step
We close the deal with another face to face meeting, signing the Mineral & Royalty Deed, wire certified funds into your bank account, and a good old-fashioned handshake.
